Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of PineCrew Napa Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of our website, customers who engage our tree care services, and anyone who contacts us for information or consultations. Services Provided
PineCrew Napa Tree Services provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety practices.
Service descriptions provided on our website are general in nature. Actual services will be detailed in written estimates and service agreements provided to customers prior to work commencement. We reserve the right to modify service offerings and pricing at any time without prior notice.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services based on on-site evaluations. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is requested. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and approved in writing before proceeding.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Full payment is typically due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, including underground utilities, property boundaries, and any site-specific hazards. Customers must ensure clear access to work areas and remove or protect any personal property that could be damaged during tree work. If permits are required for tree removal or other services, customers are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals unless we have agreed in writing to handle permit applications on their behalf.
Customers must inform us of any changes to property conditions, access restrictions, or project scope before work begins. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or project delays.
Liability and Insurance
PineCrew Napa Tree Services maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all employees. We take every precaution to protect your property during tree work. However, tree removal and care services carry inherent risks. While we use professional techniques to minimize damage, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects in trees or property, or damages resulting from acts of nature.
Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during the performance of services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Customers are encouraged to review their homeowner insurance policies to understand their coverage for tree-related work.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to find an alternative date.
Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can address your concerns. Our warranty covers workmanship and does not extend to natural events, subsequent damage from storms, disease, or other factors beyond our control.

All content on the PineCrew Napa Tree Services website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of PineCrew Napa Tree Services and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
Privacy and Data Collection
